🔷 MISSION
To further strengthen our organizational capacity in response to our growing business, we are looking for a Finance Business Partner in Northern Europe.
🔷 JOB DESCRIPTION
Main responsibilities include:
✅ Full responsibility for Northern Europe P&L (incl. Belgium, Luxembourg, and Switzerland)
o Day to day financial monitoring
o Elaboration of budgets & forecasts, strategic plan
o Monthly / quarterly and annual closing
✅ Monthly reporting and financial results presentation to Management and Corporate HQ
o Perform and present financial analysis about actuals results, budget/forecast and
previous year
o Act as a trusted business partner with the stakeholders and ensure clear internal financial
communication at all levels (marketing and commercial teams ...)
✅ Functional support to Market Leads to develop the business and driving the profitability
o Coordinate with the marketing and commercial teams to analyze, develop and launch new
products (business case, profitability analysis, KPIs monitoring…)
o Challenge and optimize Commercial Policy, media investment, and resource allocation
o Functional support in annual negotiations with local distributors, financial assessment of
business model changes
o Work on profitability improvement (trade terms, product mix, standard cogs, OPEX
optimization…)
o Ad-hoc projects and analysis
✅ Responsible for leading and shaping new financial processes and tools
✅ Point of contact for auditors
🔷 REQUIREMENTS
o Education: Management School, Master’s degree in economics…
o At least two years of controlling experience. Experience in an audit firm would be appreciated.
o Fluent in French and English.
o Engaged, hands-on, and solution-oriented
o Team player and real business partner
o Proactive and collaborative personality with strong communication and social skills
o Business Travels (mainly in Europe) on average two days every two weeks in Switzerland
o REMUNERATION : 60k/70k base salary + bonus
