UPSA is the 3rd biggest OTC player in Belgium, with Dafalgan being the most important brand. Dafalgan is one of the top 20 most influential brands in Belgium. In order to strengthen the Marketing team and shaping the digital identity of the company, UPSA is looking for a Junior Digital Brand Manager.

The Junior Digital Brand Manager UPSA will be part of the Marketing team. S/he will be instrumental in strategic and operational Marketing activities.

The position reports directly into the Marketing Lead Well-being, Innovation & Digitalization. The role gives excellent cross-functional exposure by executing the category plan in collaboration with the Marketing Team, Sales team, Market Access, Regulatory Affairs, Medical Department and Finance. It includes cross functional collaboration with UPSA Global Marketing.

In a context of business transformation, it’s the right moment if you want to be part of UPSA ‘Conquest 2027’ambition. As active member of the Marketing team, the function is fully accountable in building and implementing the marketing plan and shaping the digital transformation, in close collaboration with the Marketing Lead and the Marketing team. This position is office based, in Mont-Saint-Guibert. Close to Brussels and near Louvain-La-Neuve (student city).

Junior Digital Brand Manager:

Work in close collaboration with the Marketing team in order to:

  • Create a digital identity for the different brands and UPSA corporate. Develop websites, Google Analytics & Social Media accounts
  • Create the digital marketing activation plan for the Pain & Well-being segments
  • Create, monitor, optimize and report on multichannel campaigns, overseeing all aspects of campaigns. Manage all steps of the digital campaign set-up and implementation in collaboration with the Marketing team.
  • Enhance customer engagement & experience using all types of digital touchpoints
  • Implement a SEA & SEO strategy, optimize conversion rate & CPC.
  • Improve exposure to increase brand reputation, customer relation and traffic.
  • Measure performance of all online interactions and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Analyze results and advise on possible new actions. Build the analytics competence in the Marketing team.
  • Ensure strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders (UPSA International, Commercial team, Market Access, Regulatory Affairs, Medical department, and Finance) as well as external customers (Healthcare professionals, Key Opinion Leaders, Patients, …).

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in marketing, commercial engineering, business economics, Finance, – or equivalent
  • Ability to quickly learn & adapt to changing environment
  • Experience in a digital role is a must. Preferably within FMCG, Pharma industry is an asset
  • Strong marketing/digital skills, able to think strategically, develop strong briefings whilst pragmatically enough to ensure excellence in execution
  • Have a growth mindset
  • Capacity to think outside of the box
  • Ability to collaborate at all levels of the organization and business oriented.
  • Good analytical mindset – ability to drive project based on data
  • Proactive, dynamic, can-do attitude
  • Curious and not afraid to raise questions
  • Good experience with MS Office
  • Fluent in English, and French
