We are looking for a Système Administrator / Business Analyst to manage and develop our Cornerstone Learning Management System (LMS) . The ideal candidate has solid experience in system administration and business analysis , with the ability to optimize and develop training solutions to meet the needs of our organisation.

Responsibilities:

System Administration:

1.Installer, configurer and maintain the Cornerstone LMS

2.Ensure security and stability of the system.

3.Manage System updates and development

4.Check the solution performance

5.Create and manage the user information and permissions.

Development and Optimisation:

1.Developer of customized solutions to improve user experience.

2.Collaborate with development teams to integrate new features.

3.Analyze the features of users and propose improvements.

4.Automate the processes of training and management of inscriptions to trainings.

Business Analysis:

1.Review and analyze the needs of the upcoming parties.

2.Develop reports and tableaux de bord pour suivre les performances du LMS.

3.Identify improvement opportunities and propose solutions.

4.Ensure conformity with the regulations and industry norms.

Support and Training:

1.Provide a support technique to users of the LMS.

2.Former users of the functions and best practices of the system.

3.Create training documents and usage guides.

Qualifications :

• Diploma in information technology, information systems or in a connected domain.

• Experience in system administration and business analysis.

• Good knowledge of LMS Cornerstone and its features will be a plus

• Skills in problem solving and project management.

• Excellent skills in communication and collaboration.

Technical Skills:

•Master operating systems such as Windows, Linux.

•Basic knowledge (SQL, Oracle).

•Experience with project management and development tools (JIRA, Git).

•Competence in cyber security and risk management.

Interpersonal skills:

•Ability to work as a team and collaborate with different upcoming parties.

•Aptitude to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

•Analytical spirit and attention to details.
