In this context, UPSA global digital and e-commerce department is looking for 2 digital and e-commerce project management interns. You will oversee strategic projects for international roll out, part of a human-sized global team and will report to the Global Digital and E-Commerce director.
🧾Responsabilities :
- Support our e-commerce launches internationally with multiple brands and partners.
- Coordinate content with internal stakeholders (marketing, supply mainly).
- Help with tactical support with our priority partners (agencies, consultants, distributors)
- Assist our digital and media strategies set up and launches, coordinating multiple actors (internal marketing managers to external agencies).
- Actively participate to the global e-commerce content strategy. You will:
- Help Develop e-commerce content strategy.
- International coordination for launch
- Assets Performance tracking.
- Proactively share is e-commerce activations best in class in and out our industry.
- Actively participate to the digital content strategy. You will:
- Help launching new sites for our brands.
- Support brands with their digital toolkit creation.
- Cascade to markets and international coordination.
- Provide tactical support to affiliates and priority partners (agencies, consultants).
- Develop SEO and SEA strategy, help brands and markets create their paid social accounts and strategies. Proactively share your search expertise with our marketing and commercial teams.
✨ Your Profile:
- MBA degree (end of studies internship)
- A first digital or e-commerce experience.
- Digital and Media savvy
- Previous background within OTC / Food supplements would be a plus.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to lead and communicate cross-functionally
- Strong sense of ownership and initiative
- Rigorous and organized
- Critical thinking, solution and results-oriented skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
