We’re looking for a Business Analyst (Apprenticeship) to support both regular performance tracking and ad hoc deep dives in the Consumer Healthcare sector. As part of the Global Marketing and Science team, you’ll contribute to monthly performance reviews and deliver market and competitive intelligence to support strategic decision-making.

    🧾What are the main responsibilities of the position?

    1. Performance analysis:

    • Contribute to global performance reviews (with a focus on market and sell out analysis), providing key insights and actionable recommendations.
    • Create, maintain and enhance dashboards for market and sell-out data.
    • Collaborate with Digital & Data team to develop user-friendly visualization and customised tools.
    • Support long-term planning by providing external perspective (market forecast).

    2. Market & Competitive Intelligence:

    • Conduct benchmarking and competitive analyses using various data sources.
    • Deliver ad hoc deep dives for priority categories, brands, or markets.
    • Collaborate with the CMI (Consumer and Market Insights) team to integrate analytics with consumer insights.

    3. Data management:

    • Work with Digital & Data and local country teams to ensure accurate and harmonised data consolidation.
    • Support category harmonisation across countries and zones.
    • Assist in managing the tender process for selecting 2026 market data suppliers.
    • Help monitor and manage the budget for the Growth performance and Portfolio Strategy function.

    4. Process Optimization & Digitalization

    • Utilise digital tools and AI-driven solutions to enhance dashboards effectiveness and strategic analysis.
    • Identify opportunities for automation and workflow improvement in collaboration with the Digital & Data team.

    What skills/experiences are expected for the role?

    Education:

    • Currently pursuing a Master 1 or Master 2 degree from a business or engineering school, with specialization in business analytics, data science, finance or similar field.

    Skills:

    • Strong command of Excel and Power point; familiarity with data visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau) is a plus.
    • Understanding of key market performance metrics is a plus (ie market share).
    • Ability to translate complex analysis into simplified and actionable insights.
    • Excellent written and spoken English; French is a plus.

    Competences:

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Self-motivated with solid time management and multitasking abilities.
    • Fast learner, ‘can do’ proactive attitude.
    • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
